LMHC / Therapist
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and finding the right counselor is an important part of the process. I became a counselor because I believe everyone deserves a safe space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing in-person and telehealth therapy for children starting at age 5, teens, young adults, and adults. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationships difficulties, anger, emotional regulation, trauma, grief and loss, motivation, and life transitions.
My approach is warm, supportive, collaborative, and person-centered. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), cognitive processing (CPT), emotional and relational therapy (ERT), coping skill building, motivational strategies, emotional regulation, and anger management, etc. based on each client’s individual needs. With children and adolescents, I use developmentally appropriate approaches to help them better understand and express their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I also support clients navigating grief, major life changes, and the process of making meaningful changes in their lives. Therapy can provide a space to understand what may be keeping you stuck, build motivation, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and take manageable steps toward your goals.
Clients often describe me as personable, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I strive to create a comfortable environment where clients can be themselves and feel safe exploring their experiences. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief, relationships, self-esteem, or a significant life transition, you do not have to navigate it alone.
I believe that feeling seen and heard is an important part of growth, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they discover their strengths, develop healthier coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.
