We’re seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team and provide high-quality, client-centered care in a supportive, therapist-driven environment.

What We Offer:

Control Over Your Schedule – Set your own hours and workload (Full-time or Part-time)

$80,000 – $90,000 for full-time work

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, PCIT, and motivational interviewing.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Offer crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
• Engage with families to provide education and support regarding mental health issues.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State (required)
• Experienced in various therapy modalities (CBT, DBT, , trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Seeking autonomy and flexibility in your practice while being part of a supportive team

Additional Information:

Employment begins upon successful credentialing and paneling with insurance providers.
